Aaron Moore is an IF certified facilitator and entrepreneur specializing in peer group launch and leadership facilitation. He is the President of PPD Painting, a six-time Inc. 5000 honoree, and a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. Aaron is the Co-Founder of the Commercial Painting Industry Association (CPIA), where he personally designed the peer group model using facilitation principles taught by the International Facilitators Organization and Mo Fathelbab. Since 2019, he has facilitated the launch and early development of multiple peer groups. Through his years in Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Aaron developed a deep appreciation for professionally facilitated peer groups as a catalyst for trust, accountability, and leadership growth. He facilitates peer group launches and leadership retreats, serving clients in Montana and Chicago.
