Ipek’s journey has taken her from Fortune 500 Executive Leadership Teams to family businesses, multi-business corporations to start-ups, corporate arena to non-profits— across Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, North and South America. Unilever, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz Daimler, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Novo Nordisk, Bayer, Johnson Electric, Edison Energy has been some of her global clients she has had privilege to work with. She is affiliated with Yale University’s School of Management Executive MBA program as their Leadership Coach.

Ipek combines cutting-edge and proven methodologies to create meaningful change for her clients. She is the only ‘Elder’ in Lewis Deep Democracy, a powerful methodology for inclusive decision making and conflict resolution in the US. She is an ORSC accredited Relationship Systems and Team Coach (ORSCC). She is a Shadow Work® Group Facilitator, Coach and Trainer to help leaders become aware of their shadows and discover the ‘gold’ hidden inside. She is certified in Leadership Circle Profile, a premier assessment for measuring and developing leadership effectiveness. She is a Senior Faculty member of the Global CIYO (Coming Into Your Own) Women’s Leadership Program. She is an IFO certified Facilitator.
