Mo Fathelbab
Founder & President
Mo has been at the forefront of creating and advocating peer groups and building communities for nearly three decades. He has worked with over 20,000 CEOs and entrepreneurs in 30+ countries, delivering over 2,500 retreats, programs, and trainings to corporate clients and leading organizations, including Google, Pathstone Federal Street, Harvard Business School, SHRM, and Young Presidents’ Organization. Over the years, he has facilitated numerous executive peer groups, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among industry leaders. Mo's passion for helping others unlock their full potential has made him a respected figure in the business world, and his practical strategies and insights continue to inspire and transform individuals and teams worldwide.
Elizabeth Trigg
Vice President of Operations
Elizabeth brings extensive experience in program management, education, and operations. She has been involved with programming and marketing for several organizations, including Forum Resources Network and Entrepreneurs’ Organization, and has a proven track record of streamlining processes and improving efficiency. In addition, Elizabeth has experience designing learning programs and curricula for both students and professionals and is passionate about helping others learn and grow.
