Our mission is to support 1 billion people in peer groups by 2053 because we believe peer groups have the transformative power to provide every person with a place to learn and grow in a supportive community. Peer groups teach important skills for empathy, vulnerability, that enable meaningful connections and growth. The transformative power of forum has the exponential potential to change how we see ourselves, each other, the world, and our place within it. Mo Fathelbab
Founder & President

Mo has been at the forefront of creating and advocating peer groups and building communities for nearly three decades. He has worked with over 20,000 CEOs and entrepreneurs in 30+ countries, delivering over 2,500 retreats, programs, and trainings to corporate clients and leading organizations, including Google, Pathstone Federal Street, Harvard Business School, SHRM, and Young Presidents’ Organization. Over the years, he has facilitated numerous executive peer groups, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among industry leaders. Mo's passion for helping others unlock their full potential has made him a respected figure in the business world, and his practical strategies and insights continue to inspire and transform individuals and teams worldwide.

Nancy Koleda
Vice President

Nancy’s professional journey began in the mid 90s with Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), where she focused on membership and chapter development. During this time, she discovered the transformative power of peer groups, consistently recognized by members as the top benefit of EO membership. Her commitment to community building led her to the Netherlands, where she was instrumental in expanding EO’s reach across Europe. For the past decade, she has excelled as a senior executive search professional, specializing in supporting scale-ups and corporate clients in filling C-level positions on an international scale. Her extensive expertise in project management and dedication to connecting companies with top-talent have made her a trusted partner to many organizations. Nancy is not only an IFO Facilitator but as IFO Vice President, she plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s strategic initiatives. Her focus on enhancing member engagement and experience as well as driving business and growth opportunities ensures that IFO can bring the peer group experience to the largest audience possible.
